The Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, will hold a press conference in St. John’s to unveil innovative projects to strengthen Francophone immigration in Newfoundland and Labrador and other Francophone minority communities outside Quebec.
